I am fascinated by the wonders of life, science and technology. 

Especially excited to be building with cutting-edge technologies (i.e. blockchain and decentralized finance) to benefit mankind as a whole.

Through my past scientific research (PhD) I contributed to clinical drug development and a better understanding of the biology of human aging and age-related diseases. More specifically I investigated the genetic pathways and biochemical processes governing the aging process. This work was done at KU Leuven (during 4.5 years of PhD in the field of Biochemistry and Biotechnology) and later at the Belgian pharmaceutical start-up Rejuvenate Biomed. At the latter, I helped develop medicine aimed at slowing down age-related decline.
