Computational neuroscientist with a focus on vision, learning and recurrent neural networks.

I am a neuroscientist and engineer at the University of Zürich. I am interested in how experience shapes the brain and how the brain shapes experience. 

I also develop new soft electrode arrays and optical techniques for next-generation brain-machine interfaces. I have a background in electrical and computer engineering, and am interested in philosophy of science, law, and economics. I love spending time in the mountains.
