Develops several theoretical models and methods in computer simulations which are highly efficient on graphical cards, GPUs, which is also combined with machine learning methods. The research of soft matter theory group is focused on topics of soft matter theory, biophysics, and biotechnology. Recent works are dedicated to interaction of nano-objects with lipid bilayers, cell membranes, such as membrane permeation induced by polymers and nanoparticles, self-assembly of vesicles, micelles, polyelectrolyte complexes, identification of toxicity of nanomaterials, microplastics, design of anti-bacterial materials.
