Professor at the Federal University of Juiz de Fora, Brazil. I conduct research in the field of mathematical physics and applied mathematics.  Key scientific results. 1) Exact propagators for the Schrödinger equation with multiwell potentials (new explicitly calculated Feynman path integrals). 2) A method for solving the inverse problem for the multichannel Schrödinger equation, based on rational approximation of the scattering matrix (used to find the n-p interaction potential). 3) Quantization of a classical relativistic spin particle. Interpretation of spin-orbit interaction as an effect of noncommutativity of relativistic coordinate operators. 4) Twisted solutions of the KdV matrix equation (matrix solitons). 5) Smith-Purcel radiation from twisted quantum packets (possible application - quantum tomography of the state of single-electron packets).
