I earned my Bachelor of Science (BS. Hons) degree in Food Science and Technology in 2020 and completed my Master's degree in Food Science and Technology in 2022 at Government College University, Faisalabad, Pakistan.

I am a passionate food science researcher currently working as Research Assistant in Sustainable Packaging Lab, Natural and Medical Sciences Researcher Center (NMSRC) at the University of Nizwa, Oman. My expertise lies in food processing, packaging technologies and waste valorization particularly focusing on sustainable, biodegradable and active food packaging solutions. I have contributed my research in various well-reputed food science journals.
