With a Bachelor's Degree in Food Engineering, Master´s in Food Quality and Safety, and a Ph.D. in Food Science, Technology, and Management, I Have Worked Within International Companies Such as Maseca-Gruma and Grupo Modelo, a Scientific Spin-Off Company, and at International Research Centres Such as IATA and IIAD, and CIMO Around Different Countries (Mexico, Spain, Portugal), Integrating Scientific and Analytical Expertise to Drive Innovation.

I Am Currently a Jr. Researcher at CIMO-IPB, Where I Collaborate on Various Transversal Projects Related to Data Mining, Data Treatment and Visualisation, Database Conceptualisation and Managerial Software Development, Transforming Raw Data into Valuable Knowledge.
