I am a passionate food science researcher currently working as Research Assistant in Sustainable Packaging Lab, Natural and Medical Sciences Researcher Center (NMSRC) at the University of Nizwa, Oman. My expertise lies in food processing, packaging technologies and waste valorization particularly focusing on sustainable, biodegradable and active food packaging solutions.
