Background In Europe family-related services are often inadequately organized. In addition, there is a noticeable lack of educational offers to organize the highly dispersed knowledge in supporting the health process of families. This ERASMUS + plus project is funded of the EU and aims to professionalize the model of a family health advisor (FHA) as a new medical educational offer.
