Abstract

All-quantum dot based self-powered broadband (300–1000 nm) photodetectors (SnO 2 QDs/PbS-I QDs/PbS-EDT QDs) were successfully fabricated, showing great potential in long-distance color recognition imaging and human heartbeat monitoring.
