The article describes the experience of development and implementation of a 4-month course “Virtual Propaedeutics” participated by the second-year medical students (N = 104). The program consisted of a face-to-face part (lectures and workshops) and a virtual component — interactive digital lessons, virtual clinical cases, and smart-trainer of the theoretical questions. The program was successfully completed by 83% of students , demonstrating a double increase in theoretical knowledge — from 4.49 to 8.98 (on a 10-point scale). The effectiveness of the program was also assessed by students and faculty using structured surveys.
