Abstract

Abstract This study reports for the first time the infestation of Cebidicola armatus in Brachyteles hypoxanthus . In total, 14 lice were recovered of an individual in Minas Gerais, Brazil. These were subjected to a microscopic analysis and the identification of C. armatus was carried out through its very characteristic morphology.
