(Abstracted from Int J Gynecol Cancer 2024;0:1–6) Endometrial cancer can be classified at the molecular level to categorize tumors with important diagnostic, prognostic, and therapeutic implications. The copy number high group is characterized by a very high number of somatic copy number alterations, low mutation rate, and frequent TP53 mutations.
