A high speed long haul optical wireless communication (OWC) system employing erbium doped fiber amplifier is realized for four distinct wavelengths. Results indicate that architecture provide faithful OWC range of 270-350, 250-300 and 200-250km at 1, 2 and 3µrad pointing errors respectively. Moreover, optimum performance is measured at 1550nm wavelength. Architecture illustrates superior performance over other existing ones.
