Abstract

Developing more robust and productive industrial yeast is crucial for high-efficiency biomanufacturing. However, the challenges posed by the long time required and the low abundance of mutations generated through genomewide evolutionary engineering hinder the development and optimization of desired hosts for industrial applications.
