With the growth of global trade and the intensification of market competition, the importance of logistics supply chain has become increasingly prominent. However, the traditional logistics supply chain is facing many problems in terms of operating efficiency, operating cost and service quality. Therefore, this paper proposes a logistics supply chain network design method based on the optimal strategy, and compares the designed logistics network with the traditional logistics network to find out its advantages. And on this basis, this paper proposes an improvement plan to improve system efficiency, reduce system cost, and improve system service quality. The research purpose of this thesis is to discuss how to use the optimal algorithm to design and optimize the logistics supply chain network. Optimizing the logistics supply chain can greatly improve the operating efficiency of the enterprise, and at the same time enable the enterprise to better adapt to the needs of customers. This is of great practical significance to enhance the competitiveness of Chinese enterprises and promote the sustainable development of our country's economy and society.
