Abstract

Wentworth-Douglass Hospital, a community hospital in New Hampshire (NH), has the second highest number of births per year in the state. Prior to this intervention, Wentworth-Douglass Hospital did not have a standardized approach to assess for cardiovascular disease (CVD) during the peripartum period.
