Abstract

Targeted therapy with combined dabrafenib and trametinib has been proven to provide clinical benefits in patients with BRAF V600E mutation-positive NSCLC. Nevertheless, the treatment strategy for NSCLC patients with BRAF non-V600E mutations remains limited.
