Abstract

Intelligent fault diagnosis technology is an emerging technology that applies intelligent technology to traditional equipment. It can use intelligent algorithms to collect data for calculation when equipment malfunctions, diagnose the cause of faults through judgment results, save manual troubleshooting time, and improve equipment maintenance efficiency. Based on gear mechanisms, this article designs an intelligent fault diagnosis system for typical gear fault modes such as tooth surface wear and tooth breakage, And the effectiveness of the intelligent diagnostic algorithm was verified through experiments.
