Abstract

The sero-negative spondyloarthropathies (SpA) comprise a group of interrelated inammatory arthritides sharing common features. This group comprises disease entities like ankylosing spondylitis, reactive arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, arthritis associated with chronic inammatory bowel disease (Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis), and undifferentiated spondyloarthropathies.
