At present, UAV widely used in the dual-use field, the gimbal is the key component of the UAV hanging on the equipment and maintaining a stable posture, in order to strengthen the control efficiency of the power grid high-altitude workers, replace the traditional inspection mode of high-altitude workers, and build intelligent supervision and control methods relying on UAV high-altitude target recognition, dynamic tracking and face recognition, This paper proposes an application of non-inductive intelligent supervision technology based on the adaptive adjustment algorithm of UAV gimbal, which is used for the supervision of the qualification verification, identity verification, violation capture and other operations of aerial workers. Simulation experiment results show that the gimbal control system using fuzzy PID adaptive algorithm can reduce the overshoot by 20%, and the system stability time is about 0.2S. The pilot test verifies that compared with the traditional supervision method, the average comprehensive accuracy rate of target identification by the non-sensory supervision is as high as 97.8%, and the control efficiency has been greatly improved.
