Abstract

We design and simulate the performance of a diamond microdisk resonator hosting group-IV defects heterogeneously integrated with MEMS-enabled piezo-optomechanical Si 3 N 4 photonics, which allows control over all degrees of freedom of the defect and emitted photons.
