In article number 2400200, Wenqiang Wu, Xun Han, and co-workers have achieved controllable homoepitaxial arrays of Cs3Cu2I5 single crystal on single crystal film grown by space confinement method. The desired shapes and arrangement can be realized through adjusting the Cs3Cu2I5 single crystal substrate. The epitaxial growth process was maintained by controlling temperature and time, ensuring high reproducibility of uniform arrays. The homo-epitaxial growth with high reproducibility of uniform arrays paves the way for developing vertical optoelectronic devices. Additionally, the Cs3Cu2I5-arrays-based neuromorphic devices, responsive to ultraviolet light, have demonstrated synaptic plasticity and potential for human-brain-like learning.
