Abstract

The Ag 2 Te/Ag 2 S composites were fabricated for the first time using a facile solvothermal method for practical applications, and ZT values of ∼0.42 at 373 K and ∼0.38 at 298 K were achieved, both exceeding those of pure Ag 2 S and Ag 2 Te.
