The purpose of this study is to explore the price transfer mechanism analysis and prediction of domestic green certificate market based on convolutional neural network. By using convolutional neural network, time series analysis and market economics methods, an innovative price transmission mechanism analysis and prediction model of domestic green certificate market is proposed, aiming to deeply understand the price transmission mechanism of green certificate market and forecast the price trend. The convolutional neural network method is used to study and analyze the historical price data of the domestic green certific ate market in order to reveal the inherent law of the price transmission mechanism. Combined with the method of time series analysis, this paper analyzes the trend and periodicity of market price change, and provides reference for future price trend. Using th e method of market economics, the factors such as supply and demand relationship and policy chan ge in the green certificate market are comprehensively considered, and the price transmission mechanism is deeply interpreted and analyzed. Finally, the analysis and prediction of the price transfer mechanism of the domestic green certificate market based on convolutional neural network provides an important decision-making reference for green certificate market participants, and promotes the development and utilization of green energy.
