This manuscript is a substantially revised version of one previously submitted to Gravitation & Cosmology (manuscript GC26-054), which was declined after a single referee report. The present version addresses each of the referee's substantive concerns. I have also clarified the foundational stance of the work as a classical-effective-theory / Bohmian-hydrodynamic approach, distinct from but mathematically adjacent to the non-relativistic superfluid vacuum theory program.
